Nourishing a caring and safe learning environment has been a top priority for those involved with the AgileAus Conference over the last ten years.
In light of the conversation around the importance of being transparent around values and codes, AgileAus is grateful for ideas presented on how best to communicate the ethics of fairness and equality that we hold dear.
On hearing feedback that the creation of an official charter of acceptable behaviour will help continue to make the community feel welcome and protected at AgileAus – it really was a no-brainer for us.
We know that an inclusive, considered charter that takes on all of the diverse perspectives and needs of the community requires a considered approach, thus we would be very grateful for input from the community.
If you’d like to be involved in the process of developing the AgileAus Community Charter, we would be very grateful if you would get in touch via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
On a personal note, I am so consistently humbled by the goodwill of the AgileAus community, and more confident than ever that by working together, kindness will prevail 🙂
